  • How do I get my beef?
    We do not currently ship beef but it can be picked up here at the farm, direct from the butcher, or it can be delivered locally. We are located in Southeast Missouri, in Perry County. We will deliver to Perry, Jackson, and Cape counties.
  • How much beef should I expect from a 1/4 beef?
    A 1/4 beef will yield approximately 100-130 pounds of meat, depending on the size of the animal. We recommend that you have a chest or stand-up freezer if interested in buying a 1/4 or more.
  • What kind of cuts can I expect from a 1/4 beef?
    In a quarter beef, you can expect to get approximately: Ground Beef Steaks (Sirloin, porterhouse, filet, etc) Various roasts Stew Meat Short Ribs Soup Bones **Organ meat available upon request
  • How much does a 1/4 beef cost?
    Beef price is based on the "hang weight" before processing. The hanging weight is usually around 60% of the live weight.
